Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Monterey, California. This position offers an 8-hour day shift with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Candidates are required to bring their active California license on the first day.

Location: Monterey, California
Shift: Days only, 8 hours per shift
Schedule: 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certifications, education requirements, degree requirements, location requirements, and experience listed as 0.0 years.
Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 year of SNF experience and NetHealth (Rehab Optima) knowledge.
Additional Information: At least 1 year of SNF experience and NetHealth (Rehab Optima) knowledge would be preferred. CA license must be currently active. Hourly rate could be different without SNF experience.
Start Date: 07/06/2026
Float: Float rotation may be required.
