Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) position located in Dallas, Oregon. The candidate will be responsible for providing outpatient rehabilitative services based on physician referrals and patient needs. • Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapy license, degree in Physical Therapy, Oregon state licensure, 2 years of experience in a SNF setting, physical ability to perform job duties.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with elderly populations preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves providing therapy services to residents, evaluating patient progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop treatment plans.
