Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist position located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring effective return to community activities. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

• Specialty: Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP)
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (10 hours); Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Start Date: 06/29/2026
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, active/applicable license for Pennsylvania, CPR Certification, 1+ Years of outpatient clinical experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient therapy, prior assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired
• Float: Float rotation may be required to designated facilities in the area
• Additional Information: The position involves comprehensive patient evaluations, documentation, professional development, adherence to state practice acts and organizational standards, and participation in student programs when appropriate. All care must follow signed, valid physician orders and insurance guidelines. The role emphasizes safety, quality of care, and continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with organizational values.
