Job Summary:
A Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Technologist position is available in Sarasota, Florida. This role involves working in a fast-paced cardiac catheterization lab environment, performing a variety of procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, shockwave, PPM, Impella, and IABP. The position requires technical expertise and a proactive attitude to support patient care and procedural success.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have three years of experience in a cardiac catheterization lab, with specific skills in cath lab procedures such as Impella, IABP, and vents.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with vascular/peripheral intervention procedures and ep experience are highly desirable.
• Additional Information:
  • Bed Capacity: 155 beds
  • Unit Information: Cardiac Cath lab with 2 labs and a total of 10 staff members, including RN and tech teams.
  • Patient Ratios: 1:1, with on-call teams of 3 members.
  • Equipment: GE EMR - Meditech system.
  • Typical Procedures: LHC, RHC, PCI, shockwave, PPM, Impella, IABP.
  • Schedule Expectations: The traveler will adhere to facility policies and work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff.
