Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) serving the Ridgcrest, California area. This position involves evaluating patients, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Ridgcrest, California

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; active California PTA License; CPR Certification; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; no minimum years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of an assignment with the organization or previous experience with the organization is highly desired.
• Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients, develops treatment plans, documents patient progress clearly and accurately, and participates in student programs. Maintains professional licensure in good standing and adheres to organizational performance improvement initiatives. Upholds professional standards and fosters a safe environment focused on patient and employee safety.
