Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (Home Health) TILLAMOOK, Oregon. The position provides speech therapy services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders. This role assesses, documents, and evaluates patient care needs and intervention outcomes, and updates treatment plans as needed; candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days (8 hours); minimum 40 hours per week (MonFri).
- Required Qualifications: Masters Degree (or foreign equivalent); Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy requirements; American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) (preferred); Valid Drivers License (DL); must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Preferred Qualifications: American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Responsibilities:
- Assesses and documents speech therapy data related to patient assessments, patient care needs, interventions, and outcomes.
- Identifies changes and trends throughout physical and emotional parameters.
- Reviews treatment plans and assesses individual performance to modify, change, or write new programs.
- Maintains documentation as required by law, establishment policy, and administrative regulation.
- Instructs patients on ways to monitor speech and practice new skills.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Additional Information: The start date is 06/29/2026. Required vaccinations are necessary as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable; medical and religious exemptions may apply.
