Job Details:

• Location: Medford, Wisconsin
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 07/06/2026
• Schedule: 8 Hour Flexible Day shifts; M-F, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Master's Degree; Wisconsin Physical Therapist (PT) license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC); NPI (National Provider Identifier) required or in process; 0 years of experience in general PT/orthopedic skills; new graduates welcome.
• Additional Information: The contract includes 36 hours of unbillable low census hours, with possible on-call responsibilities for low census periods. Call back minimum is 2 hours; travelers called back will receive call back pay. During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times, per facility policy.
• Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS
