Description
Job Summary: Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) Washington, District of Columbia. The position provides inpatient physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning, and treatment administration for referred patients. Responsibilities include conducting detailed clinical assessments, developing individualized plans of care, and accurately documenting treatments. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days 5 x 8s, 8 hours per day; minimum 40 hours per week; one holiday availability may be required if needed.
- Required Qualifications: 2 years of physical therapy experience; Degree in Physical Therapy; Physical Therapist (PT) licensure and state licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS); First Aid certification (preferred); completed post-graduate instruction (required).
- Preferred Qualifications: First Aid certification.
- Additional Information: The caseload is 100% pelvic floor rehabilitation, and candidates must have experience in pelvic floor rehab. Candidates must be available to work one holiday if needed.
