Job Summary: Respiratory Therapy Registered, RT PEDS (Pediatrics) Dickinson, North Dakota
A Respiratory Therapist Registered is needed to provide respiratory care across an emergency department setting and inpatient, with some outpatient responsibilities, supporting patients of all age ranges. The role involves performing respiratory duties independently, including ABGs and EKGs. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM7:00 PM, 7:00 PM7:00 AM), with every 3rd weekend and holiday requirements; minimum 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: North Dakota Respiratory Therapy license (required at time of submission); Certified Respiratory Tech (CRT) verification or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) verification; Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association (AHA)); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (American Heart Association (AHA)); Minimum experience: 1 year.
- Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
- Additional Information: ER/inpatient and some outpatient care; ABGs, EKGs, and all respiratory therapy duties. Meditech charting is used.
