Description
Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Clinical Technologist located in Nashville, Tennessee. This position involves supporting a hospital with a comprehensive stroke program and advanced interventional radiology procedures. It offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a specialized neuro-interventional environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification as an Advanced Radiologic Technologist (AART); scrub experience preferred; location in Nashville, Tennessee; minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required; floating between units or facilities within a 35-mile radius may be requested based on staffing needs, patient census, and acuity. Travelers will always be notified before their scheduled shift if a float assignment is needed.
- Additional Information: The role involves supporting a highly specialized neuro-interventional program with advanced technology including a Philips biplane imaging system. Procedures include Y90 radioembolization, peripheral vascular interventions, kyphoplasty, and embolizations using Onyx and Embosphere. The unit features dedicated support staff and state-of-the-art interventional equipment such as IVUS, Philips Laser, AngioJet, Jetstream, Shockwave, and Inari/Penumbra devices. This position starts on 08/30/2026.
