Job Summary
MRI Technologist (MRI) Fort Smith, Arkansas
The MRI Technologist performs diagnostic imaging services for outpatients, inpatients, and emergency department patients. On weekends, outpatient scheduling is limited to mornings, with the remainder of the day dedicated to inpatient and emergency scans. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days, 3x12 shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week; weekend hours are Friday through Sunday (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).
- Start Date: 07/06/2026
- Required Qualifications: Arkansas Radiologic Technologist License; ARRT; CPR; and 2+ years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient scheduling and coordinating imaging workflow that supports inpatient and emergency department scan coverage.
- Additional Information: Outpatients are scheduled for just the mornings on Saturday and Sunday, and the rest of the day supports inpatient and emergency department scans. A dedicated imaging assistant is present on Saturday and Sunday to assist with patient transfers, lifts, and transports.
