Physical Therapist, Home Health Oakland, Oregon
The Physical Therapist will provide home health care for patients in an assigned coverage area on a Monday through Friday schedule. This role requires holding current licensure in Oregon and Washington, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM; minimum 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Physical Therapist licensure in Oregon and Washington; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications: None specified
Additional Information: Home health unit setting with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) use via EPIC/Remote Client; required to use a laptop and iPhone for remote client access. On-call/weekend coverage includes one Saturday per month. Coverage is based on the recommended housing area in inner NE Portland (Oregon).
