Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in Cornwall, New York. This outpatient role supports patient care in an outpatient setting and requires strong clinical skills to deliver consistent, high-quality therapy services. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

Schedule: Days; shift hours: 12; minimum hours per week: 36.0. Shift time will follow one of the following weekly schedules: Monday 9-7, Tuesday 7a-3, Wednesday 10-7, Thursday 7-3, Friday 7-12, or Monday 8a-7, Tuesday 7-3, Wednesday 8-5, Thursday 7-3, Friday 7-12.
Required Qualifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Physical Therapist Outpatient experience: 2 year(s)
