Job Summary: Hugo, Colorado Occupational Therapist Outpatient (OT OP). This role supports occupational therapy services in a multi-modality setting, including outpatient and other care environments such as post-operative needs, sports-related injuries, and geriatric care. Candidates must be able to provide outpatient-focused treatment and collaborate to meet patient needs across scheduled day shifts. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, Monday through Friday (10 hours), minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Occupational Therapist licensure; outpatient experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with post-operative patients, sports injuries, and geriatric populations; experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Additional Information: Multi-modality OT role with work across multiple care settings, including home health, outpatient, and acute environments. Shift is Monday through Friday days, preferably 8 hours, with consideration for 4x10 scheduling.
