Description
Job Summary: Hilo, Hawaii Vascular Sonographer. The healthcare provider is responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations with competency across the specified clinical areas, including complex vascular studies. Candidates must bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating schedule with 12 shift hours; minimum 36 hours per week, with 40-hour shift work and call when appropriate.
- Required Qualifications: ARDMS (AB), ARDMS (OB), ARDMS (RVT); Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association (AHA) certified; minimum 3 years experience in an acute hospital setting; one contract or more experience; minimum 3 years experience as full-time sonographer.
- Preferred Qualifications: None provided.
- Additional Information: Floating to other units/departments may be required. Must arrive the Thursday before the start date to attend an employee health appointment on Friday; the start date should not be accepted if attendance cannot be completed as scheduled. Personal scrubs and healthcare professional attire required.
