Job Summary: Physical Therapist Outpatient Hutto, Texas
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist Outpatient to evaluate assigned patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and support progress toward discharge goals. This role includes clinical documentation, adherence to physician direction and applicable regulations, and participation in patient and professional education. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8 shift hours, minimum 40.0 hours per week; Mon-Fri
• Required Qualifications: CPR Certification; Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; maintains current licensure in good standing and completes state-mandated continuing education requirements; adheres to the discipline-specific State Practice Act and applicable regulatory agencies
• Preferred Qualifications: None listed
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and uses clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans and goals; performs medical record documentation in accordance with clinic policies and applicable guidelines, including goal writing and functional quality indicator assessment; ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval as indicated for clinical care; participates in student program activities as assigned, including supervision and completion of student evaluations; supports professional development through an individualized plan and continuing education; demonstrates behaviors aligned with the organizations mission, core values, and compliance expectations, including confidentiality regarding patient and company information.
