Description

Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) Hollywood, Florida
The organization is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Registered specializing in pediatric care. This role supports the management of ventilated patients in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting, with emphasis on independent bedside functioning. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

Schedule: Days; 12-hour shifts; minimum 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS); minimum 23 years of current experience with independent bedside functioning while managing ventilated patients; familiarity with, at minimum, the Servo U ventilator, including proficiency in its functions and modes used in a NICU setting; current work experience as stated in the position description; ability to perform job duties in a NICU environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the Drger ventilator; knowledge of the Bunnell Jet Vent; knowledge of the Sensormedics 3100A oscillator; knowledge of Nitric Oxide.
