Job Summary: Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Outpatient (OP), Beverly Hills, CA. This role is responsible for evaluating assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Candidates must bring their license on the first day and ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation while supporting safe, patient-centered care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 shift hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week; flexible schedule.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 6 months of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; state practice act and other regulatory compliance; maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes all state-mandated continuing education requirements.
• Preferred Qualifications: Outpatient experience.
• Additional Information: Provides comprehensive evaluations; applies clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans and goals focused on progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay. Maintains documentation requirements, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with applicable guidelines and clinic policies. Ensures care is delivered under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval when indicated for clinical care. Participates in student programming as assigned, and supports professional development through continuing education and professional activities. Adheres to professional codes of conduct and ethical standards, and follows performance improvement initiatives to help maximize quality of services.
