Cath Lab Technologist (Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist) Miami, Florida
The organization is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist to support cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures within a cath lab setting. Responsibilities include assisting with cath lab case flow and supporting safe, efficient procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days (10 hours); minimum 40.0 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications; CVTs required; Radiology Tech experience/credentialing; ability to support cath lab operations and patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Qualifications: Team player; critical thinker; compassionate approach to patient care
- Responsibilities: Support cath lab procedures including interventional coronary cases, structural heart cases, and peripheral/peripheral interventions; assist with cath lab case activity and associated equipment readiness
- Call Requirements: Evenings and weekends
- Additional Information: Unit operates with a patient ratio of 3:1. Equipment includes MacLab, GE, and Philips. Documentation system used is Meditech. Dress code is scrub color OR scrubs provided.
