Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) Frankfort, Kentucky. The organization is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Registered to support pediatric-focused care needs during night shift coverage. Candidates will provide respiratory therapy services within an acute care setting and should be prepared to follow unit-specific policies and training requirements, including bringing required licensure on the first day.

Job Details

Schedule: Night shift (12 hours), with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Every other weekend required.
Required Qualifications: Kentucky state license; American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Ability to learn and apply unit-specific policies and guidelines; experience as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in a hospital setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) experience (preferred, not required).
Additional Information: Brand new BiPAPs and Aerogen equipment. Staff self-schedules using a 4-week schedule system.
Start Date: 07/20/2026.
License Requirement: Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
