Physical Therapist (PT) Physical Therapy Inpatient Crawfordsville, Indiana
A Physical Therapist (PT) is needed to support a Physical Therapy unit with primarily outpatient responsibilities (approximately 510% inpatient). This role will involve delivering patient care using established clinical equipment and documentation practices. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 shift hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Licensure: State licensing
  • Education/Training: Not specified
  • Experience: Outpatient experience of 1 year
  • Location Requirements: Crawfordsville, Indiana
• Preferred Qualifications: Manual therapy
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services for patients including approximately 70% orthopedic diagnoses in outpatient care, with inpatient coverage including Med/surg and ICU (no ventilators)
  • Utilize physical therapy equipment such as Hivamat, US, E-stim, Bits, and laser as applicable to patient needs
  • Document care using Epic
• Additional Information: Candidate will need to complete any assigned by HR prior to the 1st day.
