Speech Language Pathologist Inpatient (SLP IP) Kansas City, MO
The organization is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Inpatient (SLP IP) to support both acute care and inpatient rehabilitation caseloads. The role includes performing bedside swallow evaluations, with video preferred, and serving a shared patient mix across acute and rehab services. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days, 8 shift hours, minimum 40 hours per week; MondayFriday with rotating weekends preferred but flexible
- Required Qualifications: Speech therapist (ST) licensure in the state of Missouri
- Preferred Qualifications: Video swallow evaluation experience/preference (video preferred for swallow evaluations)
- Additional Information:
- Provides coverage for acute care and inpatient rehab caseloads shared by all STs
- Performs bedside swallow evaluations (video preferred)
- Supports a facility environment that includes acute care and inpatient rehab services
