Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Home Health located in Portland, Oregon. Job Details:

  • Schedule: Minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: State licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Oregon; BCLS certification; one year of skilled home health experience; no minimum experience requirement specified; location within Oregon; ability to start by 07/27/2026
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC electronic medical record for home health, Rover telehealth app, and Oasis documentation experience
  • Certifications: BCLS required
  • Additional Information:
    • The facility permits calling off up to one shift per pay period.
    • Must have reliable transportation; the system groups clients to minimize drive time, with an occasional maximum radius of approximately 60 miles per day.
    • COVID-19 booster vaccination is required.
    • Travel experience with Oasis preferred.
    • Experience with assessments and treatments related to prosthetics, neurological disorders, arthritis, and post-surgical rehabilitation is preferred.
    • Candidate will be expected to provide references covering one year (or six months if CNA) within the last three years.
