Job Summary: Physical Therapist Outpatient Novato, California
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient caseload in Novato, California. The role focuses on clinical evaluation and treatment planning, including applying professional practice standards and regulatory requirements, while working collaboratively with key stakeholders to support patient outcomes. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 shift hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • California Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Valid drivers license and auto insurance
  • Proficiency with required computer and technology competencies
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while meeting expected timelines
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • EPIC experience
  • Prior experience and competencies related to outpatient physical therapy, including functional capacity examination (FCE), mobility training, and patient/family education
• Additional Information:
  • Interdisciplinary support includes Physical Therapy and Social Services.
  • Weekend coverage is not specified for this role.
  • Pre-contract orientation includes 80 orientation hours.
  • The role includes holiday observance on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (holidays begin at 7:00 PM the night before the holiday and end at 7:00 AM the day after). Only 1 holiday per contract can be requested.
