Description
Job Summary: Ultrasonographer General (Ultrasound Technologist) Helena, Montana
Ultrasound Technologist for a clinic-based, inpatient and outpatient role in Helena, Montana. Responsibilities include performing a variety of general ultrasound procedures, including vascular, general abdomen, AAA, and breast ultrasounds, with some OB and pediatric support. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: MondayFriday 0830 AM1700 PM; 8 shift hours; minimum 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: ARDMS (required) and Basic Life Support (BLS) (required); 0 years of experience minimum (as stated); Ultrasound experience with inpatient and outpatient workflows; prior OB experience (important for this role); some pediatric (PEDS) experience (required); must be able to support the listed ultrasound categories (vascular, general abdomen, AAA, breast ultrasound, some OB/biophysical profiles)
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience preferred
- Additional Information: The role includes inpatient and outpatient ultrasound. The traveler will not be expected to perform ultrasound-guided procedures or scan breasts. Equipment includes GE, and the electronic medical record system used is Epic.
