Interventional Radiology (IR) Technician (Interventional Radiology CL) Evanston, IL
Interventional Radiology (IR) Technician placement in Evanston, Illinois, supporting neuro-focused interventional procedures. Responsibilities include assisting with complex imaging-guided interventions and being able to scrub for IR procedures with interventional radiology physicians. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days; 10-hour shifts; full time (40 hours per week). Day shift between 8-hour/10-hour shifts. Weekend rotation is no weekends unless on call. On-call includes one weekend (FriSun) and one weekend day as the 3rd man, with up to nine call days per month total.
• On-Call Requirements: On-call for neuro with a 30-minute call back time and IR body with a 45-minute call back time.
• Required Qualifications: Illinois license (IL Lic); IEMA license; Basic Life Support (BLS); ARRT; minimum of 2+ years Interventional Radiology (IR) experience; neuro experience; travel experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: None listed.
• Additional Information: Must be able to scrub in with interventional radiology physicians for complex interventional radiology procedures, including thrombectomies, pulmonary embolos, UFE, and Y90. Orientation is any day during the week, with preference for Mondays. Credentials are due Thursday before the start date.
