Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health Fort Dodge, Iowa

Occupational Therapist (OT) in a Home Health setting as part of an interdisciplinary team providing patient care and support. This role focuses on delivering therapy services for patients following hospitalization or a nursing home stay. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: State licensure as an Occupational Therapist; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; 2 years of previous OT experience; Drivers License; submission of a resume/work history; completion of a skills checklist within 1 year of the submission date; license verification; copy of required certifications; 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
Preferred Qualifications: Home health experience (preferred but not required); Epic experience (preferred)
Additional Information: Traveler will be required to work 12 of 3 major holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
