Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in Lewis Center, Ohio. This role involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for outpatient patients with a focus on pelvic health specialty. The therapist will coordinate care, educate patients and families, and contribute to clinical improvement initiatives within a dynamic outpatient setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active applicable license for Ohio; pelvic health specialty certification or experience; clinical competency in outpatient therapy; ability to adhere to state practice act and regulatory guidelines; strong documentation and communication skills
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient pelvic health therapy; previous assignment with the organization or agency; familiarity with clinical education and supervision of students; professional development initiative participation
• Float: Float rotation may be required
