Description
Job Summary: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Rockford, Illinois. The Clinical Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform nuclear medicine imaging support by preparing and dosing radiopharmaceuticals, operating a gamma camera, and supporting radiation safety practices. The role also includes IV administration as part of clinical workflows. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days (MF start time ranges from 6:00 AM7:00 AM), rotating Saturdays (6:00 AM12:00 PM); no holidays.
- Required Qualifications: Current ARRT (N) certification or CNMT (NMTCB) certification; American Heart Association (AHA) certifications.
- Preferred Qualifications: PET/CT experience.
- Additional Information: Clinical nuclear medicine experience is required, including radiopharmaceutical preparation and dosing, gamma camera operation, radiation safety, and IV administration.
