Job Summary:
The outpatient physical therapy position is based in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves evaluating assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans to support patient goals and physician directives. The physical therapist will deliver hands-on treatment, educate patients and their families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote optimal functional recovery within an outpatient setting.

Job Details:

• Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP)
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active/applicable license for the state of Ohio, minimum of 0 years of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or the organization (highly desired)
• Additional Information:
  • Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans aimed at discharge within established goals.
  • Ensures documentation is accurate and timely, following regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
