An outpatient physical therapist position is available in Durham, North Carolina. This role involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients, ensuring safe and effective therapy services in alignment with physician guidance. Candidates must bring their license on the first day of assignment.
Job Details:
- Location: Durham, North Carolina
- Specialty: Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP)
- Schedule: Dayshift, 40 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for North Carolina; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; 0 Years of minimum experience required
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The role includes completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting patient progress and medical records in compliance with regulatory guidelines, participating in student programs, maintaining professional licensure, and adhering to organizational standards and safety policies.
