Description

Job Summary:
The Albany, New York-based X-ray Technologist position involves performing technical radiologic procedures under the direction of the Radiologist and section leadership. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This role offers an evening shift from Friday through Monday, with hours from 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

Job Details:

Schedule: Friday-Monday, 12:30 PM - 11:00 PM, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Associate degree (Applied Science Degree), Diploma in X-Ray, Vocational School Diploma from an approved professional academic imaging program, ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registration upon hire, New York State registration or limited permit to practice upon hire, and American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience and strong operating room (OR) and Level 1 trauma experience are preferred.
Additional Information: No on-call responsibilities. The position is a contractor replacement for one full-time role.
