Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) at the Rhinelander location in Wisconsin. The role involves providing inpatient physical therapy services within a hospital setting. Candidates are required to bring their Wisconsin Physical Therapist license on the first day. The position is ideal for candidates with at least one year of charting experience and the ability to manage between 8 to 10 patients independently. The start date is as soon as possible, and the contract duration is 13 weeks.

Job Details:

• Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin
• Schedule: 8-hour days, minimum of 32 hours per week
• Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Wisconsin Physical Therapist (PT) license, 1 year of charting experience, EMR experience with Epic, and at least 0 years of experience in the role.
• Additional Information: Contract length is 13 weeks with an immediate start date. The candidate must be willing to float to other hospitals in the north region. The contractor must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility. During flu season, candidates who decline flu and COVID-19 vaccinations are required to wear masks at all times as per organizational policy. The contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours.
• Preferred Qualifications: Ability to manage 8-10 patients, social and independent management skills, resilience, and flexibility.
• Shift Requirements: 8-hour days with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Responsibilities: The role involves managing patient care efficiently while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
