Job Summary:
Gadsden, Alabama The position is for a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist employed by the organization. The role involves providing specialized support within a cardiovascular laboratory setting, primarily focused on invasive cardiology procedures. The selected candidate will work days, performing procedures that require a high level of technical expertise and adherence to clinical standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ARRT-R and license as required by State or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS); two (2) years of experience in a cardiovascular laboratory setting; Cardiovascular technologist training program with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring (preferred); BCLS (AHA) required upon hire and must be maintained current; ACLS required within 30 days of hire; proficient computer skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Laboratory setting and specialized training in invasive cardiology are preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves supporting invasive cardiology procedures, monitoring hemodynamics, and maintaining procedural protocols in accordance with industry standards. Accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs are essential.
