Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (RT) specializing in Pediatric (PEDS) care is needed for a night shift position in Edmonds, Washington. This role involves providing critical respiratory support to pediatric patients in an acute care setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Edmonds, WA
- Shift Time: 3x12 Nights
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); effective immediately; must have 1 year of experience in adult critical care or emergency department settings.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult critical care and emergency department procedures; prior travel experience is not required.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Skills include adult critical care, emergency department procedures, extubation, intubation assist, nasal and oral airway management, sputum collection, tracheostomy care, airway troubleshooting, and use of high flow nasal cannula, BiPAP, CPAP, and mechanical ventilation weaning. Must submit 2 references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years prior to start.
