Job Details:
- Schedule: Works flexible shift assignments, e.g., days of week, hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, totaling approximately 10 hours per day.
- Required Qualifications: CA Physical Therapist License, BLS Certification, at least 2 years of inpatient physical therapy experience, graduate of an accredited physical therapy graduate program, and must upload Nursys verification within the last 2 weeks alongside applicable certifications with valid expiration dates.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing patient-specific physical therapy programs, documenting evaluations and treatments, supervising assistants and aides, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and facility policies.53
