Description

Job Summary:
The location is in Moses Lake, Washington. This position is for an MRI Technologist responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations in an outpatient clinical setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role involves working independently while maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, and technical proficiency.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Friday 10:30 am - 9:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am - 6:30 pm, Monday 10:30 am - 9:00 pm, with up to 24 hours of call-off available at no cost to the facility during the course of the assignment.
  • Required Qualifications: Associates degree in MRI technology or radiography, or an associate degree in a related field such as biology or anatomy, followed by an MRI tech training program; Washington State Radiologic Technologists Certification, RT(R); Registered American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, ARRT(R); ARRT (MR) and/or Computed Tomography (CT) certification, ideally within six (6) months of hire; Healthcare Provider (HCP) level CPR certification required within three (3) months of hire; minimum of two (2) years of radiology clinical experience in a hospital setting.
  • Preferred Qualifications: ARRT (MR) certification initially with ARRT (MR) within six (6) months of hire.
  • Additional Information: The role requires good reading eyesight, the ability to perform occasional standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), reaching, kneeling, bending, stooping, and pulling. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for accurate information exchange with medical teams, patients, and families.
