Description
Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) for Inpatient Rehabilitation at a healthcare facility located in Randolph, Vermont. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role involves providing inpatient therapy services in a rehabilitation setting, adhering to the facility's protocols and standards.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Licenses verification with all active licenses; OT license for Vermont; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; minimum of 0 years of experience; ability to work the scheduled shift hours.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in electronic medical record systems such as Cerner is preferred but not required; experience with Meditech EMR.
- Additional Information: The candidate must be within 50 miles of the facility to qualify for the local rate. For applicants between 50 and 100 miles, a reduced rate may apply. Submission requires demographics (full name, permanent address, cell number), an up-to-date resume or work experience detailing facility names, units worked, and employment dates, with all employment gaps explained. Experience in long-term care (LTC) and documentation of travel experience should be included. Candidates must provide a skills checklist matching the specialty and a drivers license with an address matching demographics. RTO (Request for Time Off) must be included at the time of submission.
