This Ultrasound Technologist (Ultrasonographer General) position is located in Atlantis, Florida. The role involves performing ultrasound procedures using advanced imaging equipment, with a focus on creating accurate images of internal body structures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.
Job Details:
- Specialty: Ultrasonographer General
- Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts
- Schedule: 36 hours per week
- Start Date: 07/13/2026
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT); two years hospital experience as an Ultrasound Tech; proficiency with EMR system Meditech; candidates must have a valid licensure and be available to work nights and weekends.
- Additional Information: Unit operates with four ultrasound scanners, four staff members per shift, and utilizes equipment including GE, Discovery 450, X-Ray, MRI, and CT machines. The environment requires critical thinkers who can work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain flexibility. Dress code includes gray scrubs; no other attire is acceptable.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
