Job Summary:
The Respiratory Therapist position is located in Washington, District of Columbia. This role involves providing respiratory care services as prescribed by healthcare providers, with a focus on pediatric, NICU, and adult emergency room and critical care environments. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Specialty: Respiratory Therapy (Registered)
• Location: Washington, District of Columbia
• Shift: Night shift, 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support); valid license; 2 years of experience in pediatric, NICU, and adult ER & critical care settings
• Additional Information: The Respiratory Therapist will perform diagnostic evaluations, manage cardiopulmonary treatments, and utilize medical technology to support patient care. Responsibilities include application and monitoring of medical gases, mechanical ventilatory support, artificial airway care, pharmacological agents, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
• Schedule: Night shift with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must have pediatric, NICU, and adult ER & critical care experience. Do not submit without this experience.
