Job Summary:
A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in inpatient care is needed in Hilo, Hawaii. This role involves providing rehabilitation services to patients within a hospital setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. The position begins on 07/27/2026 and requires the ability to work a schedule of 12 hours per day, generally five days per week, with the possibility of including a weekend day. There may also be opportunities for floating to other units or facilities depending on census and staffing needs.

• Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience, preferably within Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) level or rehabilitation hospital settings.
• Additional Information: Candidate must arrive the Thursday before the start date to complete employee health screening on Friday. The role includes a generally set schedule of five days per week, likely including one weekend day, and may involve floating to other units or facilities based on census and staffing. EMR documentation will be completed via Epic, and training will be provided.
