Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in inpatient care is needed in Carlsbad, New Mexico. The position involves performing evaluations, developing care plans, and participating in discharge planning at a 99-bed facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This is a contract replacement opportunity, with a start date of 07/27/2026.

Job Details:

• Location: Carlsbad, New Mexico
• Position: Occupational Therapist (Inpatient)
• Schedule: Days shift, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, plus one Saturday per month, holidays required
• Required Qualifications: One or more years of experience, acute care experience, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, New Mexico or state licensure, and fingerprints required for all New Mexico travelers
• Certifications: BLS
• Location Requirements: New Mexico licensure required
• Experience Requirements: 1+ years of experience preferred, no minimum experience required
• Additional Information: Perform OT evaluations, treatment planning, discharge planning, administrative duties, participate in quality improvement activities, pursue professional growth, and perform other duties as assigned. No floating or call required.
