• Location: Jacksonville, Texas
• Schedule: 08/13/2026, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Texas Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) license (or compact license), BLS certification (American Heart Association), and work authorization in Texas.
