Description

Job Summary:
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings, located in Winchester, New Hampshire. This position involves providing speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing environment, focusing on rehabilitation and communication needs. The role is scheduled for daytime shifts.

Job Details:

Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certification in Speech Language Pathology, state licensure in New Hampshire, at least 1 year of experience in a SNF or similar setting, and current CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with adult populations in SNF settings, familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), and additional advanced certifications in speech therapy
Additional Information: Responsibility includes evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
