Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This role involves providing rehabilitation services to patients within a SNF setting. The position is scheduled for daytime shifts, supporting a standard workweek to deliver quality patient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy; at least 1 year of experience in a SNF or similar setting; located in the state of New Mexico or willing to obtain licensing there
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with geriatric populations; familiarity with electronic medical records systems; strong communication skills
- Additional Information: The position requires adherence to all applicable SOPs and clinical guidelines specific to SNF patient care. Candidates must be committed to providing compassionate and effective therapy services within a multidisciplinary team.
