Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Technologist in Madison, Wisconsin. This role involves performing diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures using multiple modalities, including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and computed tomography, within a fast-paced clinical setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Madison, Wisconsin
- Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts, starting between 0700 and 0830, Monday through Friday
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40.0 hours
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology; State of Wisconsin Licensed Radiographer; ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist) certification required; BLS certification from the American Heart Association; 2 years of clinical interventional imaging experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge experience; charting system experience; trauma Level II experience.
- Additional Information: Travelers are required to float as needed; local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted; pass/fail telemetry testing with strict criteria required prior to start, including identification of lethal rhythms and heart block questions, with attempts restricted per policy. The role involves collaboration with vascular interventional teams, using various imaging equipment, and maintaining sterile technique.
