Description

Job Summary:
A healthcare organization is seeking a General Ultrasonographer for a night shift position in Lynchburg, Virginia. The selected candidate will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures and must bring their license on the first day. Prior travel experience is required for all Centra positions, with local candidates not being considered. This role involves working the night shift from 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.

Job Details:

  • Location: Lynchburg, Virginia
  • Schedule: 10H Nights, Monday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM, 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), two-year degree or certification in Ultrasonography, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or Radiology. At least 2 years of experience in a similar setting is required. Candidates must have prior travel experience. Work history must include a minimum of 2 years, with all gaps over 90 days explained. All relevant certifications and vaccination records, including Covid and Flu, must be submitted at the time of application. All RTO (Reasonable Time Off) requests must be included in the application packet.
  • Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: Orientations are held every other week on Mondays. Clients reserve the right to cancel assignments up to 36 hours in advance due to census fluctuations. Candidates need to be pre-closed on this position prior to assignment initiation.
