Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active applicable license for the state of Iowa; CPR Certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with an agency or organization similar to this organization is highly desired; experience with previous assignments in outpatient therapy is a plus.
• Schedule: Shift time is days, with an 8-hour shift and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The therapist will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans using clinical reasoning, complete timely and accurate medical records, and participate in professional development and organizational performance improvement efforts. The role involves adhering to state practice acts, maintaining licensure, and following ethical standards and organizational policies.
