Job Details:

• Location: Marshalltown, Iowa
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1 or more years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for the state of Iowa; successful completion of a previous assignment with the agency is highly desired; previous assignment with the organization is nice to have.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient therapy and involvement in professional development activities.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, maintains accurate medical records, participates in student program supervision, pursues ongoing professional education, and adheres to all regulatory and ethical standards. Emphasizes safety practices and organizational quality improvement initiatives.
