A Physical Therapist specializing in inpatient care is sought for a healthcare facility in Wild Rose, Wisconsin. This position involves a combination of inpatient, swing bed, and outpatient services. The role primarily focuses on outpatient caseloads, with the possibility of inpatient coverage, and requires dedication to patient care within a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Wild Rose, WI
• Position: Physical Therapist (Inpatient/Outpatient)
• Shift: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday; consideration for 4x10-hour shifts if needed
• Schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours weekly
• Start Date: 07/20/2026
• Experience Required: Minimum of 3+ years of Physical Therapist experience; open to new graduates
• Certifications & Education: Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, licensed in Wisconsin, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Charting Experience: Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system is required
• Additional Information: Role involves a mix of outpatient treatments with 30-minute sessions and 60-minute evaluations, as well as inpatient care with 2-hour blocks. The patient load is approximately 10-12 patients per day, with flexibility for 10-hour shifts if approved. The facility may require float coverage across various units within the skill set.
• Shift Notes: 8 or 10-hour days over a period of 7 weeks; holiday coverage as needed.
• Travel Considerations: No travelers who are coming from a staff position at a healthcare facility within 50 miles of the facility are eligible for this assignment. Prior contract completion of at least one assignment is required.
