Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist position is available in Whitehall, Wisconsin. This outpatient and inpatient role involves working in a healthcare facility with a focus on delivering patient care across various settings. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Whitehall, Wisconsin

• Shift Hours: 8 hours per day, variable days (must be flexible with start time due to cases)

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Wisconsin Physical Therapist (PT) License, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Associate Degree or Certificate, at least 1 year of outpatient or inpatient experience (both ideally)
• Required Qualifications: Wisconsin PT License, AHA BLS, Associate Degree or Certificate, 0 years of minimum experience (additional experience preferred)
• Schedule: 8-hour variable days, with flexibility required for start times; orientation is 8 hours unbillable and occurs Monday through Sunday. The traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays when the unit is closed. The candidate must begin the medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepting the offer, or within 24 hours for a quick start.
• Additional Information: Billing is processed from Monday through Sunday. Orientation is scheduled but not guaranteed; GSA (Government Services Agency) is not guaranteed during orientation week.
